About Yogi Prince Neupane
Yogi Prince Neupane is widely known as the youngest yogi and international yoga teacher of Nepal. With a deep spiritual inclination from an early age, he has dedicated his life to promoting yoga, meditation, and moral values among children and youth across Nepal.
He completed 200 hours of Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) at just 12 years old, earning the title of International Yoga Teacher. Later, at the age of 15, he achieved 400 hours of advanced Yoga Teacher Training through the Global Society for Peace and Spiritual Science (GSPSS) — becoming the first international yoga teacher in Nepal at such a young age.
Prince's journey in yoga began with a profound understanding that yoga is not merely physical exercise, but a complete science of life. His teachings encompass traditional Hatha Yoga, Pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation practices, and philosophical wisdom from ancient texts.
He has conducted numerous workshops and retreats across Nepal, inspiring thousands of practitioners to embrace yoga as a path to physical health, mental clarity, and spiritual growth. As a motivational speaker, Prince emphasizes the importance of discipline, self-awareness, and compassion in daily life.
His unique approach combines ancient yogic wisdom with modern understanding, making yoga accessible and relevant to people of all ages and backgrounds. Through his compassionate teaching style, Prince creates a supportive environment where everyone can explore their potential and find their unique path in yoga.
